The legal structure of Rep Italia srl is meant to form a joint-stock company with the participation of 20% of the share capital with only a supply of know-how and non-financial resources, whenever a new plant is installed. A special statute has been drafted to better protect the partners in order to operate in strict compliance with the rules in force according to society, environment, and taxes. Any new plant carried out will have a centralized accounting system which will be constantly monitored for total abidance of the rules governing this particular sector of the waste. This form of the consortium will have a greater bargaining power over both Italian and foreign suppliers/customers to whom we can resell the by-products disposal.

The license to use the patent N° 0001407407 will be regulated by a special contract separately.

Rep Italy srl is also charged in the marketing of various products such as steel, carbon black etc.., And being a partner in any new system made, this form consortium will have greater bargaining power with the various suppliers/customers Italian or foreign who resell the products to disposal.
